A half hour consultation can be provided to assist with meeting your cleaning deadline, giving you a few pointers on how to get the property/land returned in the best condition. Charges are associated with this service.
1. You will want to leave your old home in top-notch condition in order to be able to get your security/bond deposit back or to make your property more desirable for potential buyers;
2. You will want your new home to be spotless when moving in.
So, no matter how tired and how impatient you want to be rid of the relocation chapter of your life, you need to take the time and the effort to clean your old property before moving out and your new one before moving in.
To make cleaning easier and more effective, you are recommended to:
A) Get hold of appropriate moving/ cleaning supplies and keep them at hand.
B) Prepare and clean the items you are going to take with you as early as possible.
C) Begin your packing as soon as possible. Pack away items that aren't required and place them in one area so that other areas around it can be cleaned. The earlier you can begin your cleaning the better the outcome of passing your final inspection with flying colours.
D) Wait until your possessions have been loaded onto the moving truck to give your old home a final, thorough cleaning.
E) Clean either task-by-task, or room-by-room. It entirely depends on what suits you. Cleaners usually start with task-by-task and finish with room-by-room. Just don't wait until the week the removalist is arriving and then suddenly decide you'll hire a cleaner after all. Lack of time and indecisiveness will cost you.
